SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

 

Shipping information

The normal order processing time is 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is up to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.

 

Delays 

The Beauty Lab Cosmetics is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees once the package has exited the warehouse. We will not be responsible for undelivered parcels if you are not at home to receive the item.

Returns information 

​

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging.

 

We will not refund any goods that have been opened or used. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item. 

 

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

 

Prior to making any returns, you must first contact info@thebeautylabcosmetics.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
